Pleasant stay .. ☺️

I recently enjoyed a stay at the Serena Hotel in Dar es Salaam, which overall proved to be a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to efficient service. The room was a highlight, offering comfort.

The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences, which was a great way to start the day. However, there is room for improvement in the bathroom facilities, which could benefit from some updating to enhance the overall guest experience.

Friendliest 5-star hotel ever!

Beautiful, super clean, incredibly friendly. Stayed here for a week on my first trip to Africa. The staff was so friendly -- they patiently helped me practice speaking Kiswahili, although they all spoke English. The breakfast buffet had a huge & delicious variety of African, Indian, and American food. The pool was beautiful although the water was barely cool. This truly felt like a home (very far) away from home.

Excellent Confortable Accommodation, Delicious Meals, Friendly and Professional Staff and Lovely Ambience: Serena Dar!

Serena Hotel has one of the best clean comfortable rooms. The staff are just amaxing, always caring, responding to guests' needs in a timely polite and professional manner. In particular, I would like to recognise and appreciate Neema, the Switch Board Lady, who provided meticulous, timely and professional services when I faced some challenges and reached out. She was so timely in sending staff to my room to support in areas I had raised. A big thank you to her for her professional aptitude, approaches and timely response.

The conference rooms and facilities were provided also excellently with staff who were extremely friendly, polite and professional, always responding to our needs in a very friendly manner, ensuring that all our guests were comfortable, happy and ejoyed their stay with us. Of particular I would like to recognize and appreciate the following staff: Zeituni, Happy and Christine whose friendly, professional and timely services made my stay more comfortable, friendly and enjoyable.

At the front office, Albert and Loise provided excellent and friendly services. Thank you!

I would recommend Serena Hotel Dar Es Salaam for all future conferences services, accommodation and restaurant services. The Chefs, led by Chef Rotich cooked some of the most amazing and memorable meals that combined continental and seafood dishes to our taste. I would also like to appreciate services from Rukia, Rebecca, Pendo, who also ensured that our meals were served on time and provided our many other requests at the restaurant.

Kind regards,
James Adede.
