Lake Kivu Serena Hotel offers families with children a special welcome with amenities and activities created to make family holidays a little more special. Delectable cuisine, adjoining family rooms and special dining times for your little ones can be provided. Throughout your family’s visit, the hotel staff are able to recommend and arrange suitable activities that allow you to explore the treasures of Rwanda in a manner that appeals to all ages.
We can arrange for adjoining rooms for the accommodation of families. Also, you may request additional beds, cots and baby-sitting services (prior notice appreciated).
All meals at the resort are generous buffet-styled presentations with something to suit absolutely everyone. Highchairs can be provided as can baby-friendly food. We are also delighted to offer slightly earlier children's meals (as early as Noon and 6:30 p.m.) tailored to suit your children.
