Another fantastic stay at the Serena. It can’t be faulted….the staff are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough to help you. The place is clean and beds comfortable. The pool is hands down the best I’ve swam in; warm, clean and big. The food is delicious. It was one of our group member’s birthday whilst we were staying and they went above and beyond to support.

When I say standard of hospitality, care and luxury, I mean- Serena Hotel! After Kabul, Afghanistan in 2009, now Serena again! Simply the best! First impression, receptionist Erick, so kind and efficient! One word- antastic! Once Serena, always Serena!

The hotel is situated in the center of Nairobi, close to key government institutions and Kenyatta International Conference Center. With the new highway built, it is comfortable 30 minutes ride to and from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, as well as Wilson Airport for domestic flights. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed and service is very attentive and high standard. Restaurants and room service are good quality. Concierge is very helpful to attend to any needs, such as transport, sightseeing etc. Highly recommended for business and leisure.
