Easter Sunday Brunch

This was an incredibly exquisite stay. With vistas of sunsets and the cascading waves of the sea aligned with the entrance and rear portal. Preservation of the historic architecture rendered an alluring charm that spoke of yesteryear. The staff were vibrant, professional and ever so peachy. A definite second stay on the bucket list.

Positive: So many positive attributes. Location is superb. Rooms are beautiful, with balconies. Terrace is wonderful. Cuisine is also superb. And most importantly, the staff. They are very nice, helpful, courteous, and kind. Among the staff I interacted with Zainb at reception, Yussuf at concierge, and Jackson at the restaurant. It’s my second visit to Zanzibar and second stay at this hotel.

I chose this hotel again due to it‘s perfect seafront location and the oldworld Zanzibari charm and architecture. Loved the Prime room with a huge balcony from where you can watch the comings and goings on the beach and the sea below. The rooms are lovely and while not being super modern and the bathroom on the small side, I really like the Swahili style and the very comfortable bed. A highlight is the excellent breakfast served in the most beautiful breakfast room. Will stay here again, hopefully soon.

Positiv: Fantastisk fin miljö. Allt var på topp. Top frukost med hälsosam mat och mycket att välja på. Personalen var fantastiska kunde bemöta mig respektfullt som gäst. Flexibla, trevliga och problem lösningsorienterade.

Positiv: Schönster Frühstücksraum, den wir kennen. Hotel ist ruhig direkt am Meer und in der Stonetown gelegen. Zum Park mit den vielen Essensständen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Gebäude ist absolut idyllisch im alten Kolonialstil erhalten.

In town oasis The hotel is nostalgic. Its beauty is enhanced by its beautiful architecture and ocean backdrop . The hotel warm wooden blinds ,windows and decor takes you back in time. The staff were beautifully dressed, attentive and very professional.
